Dean Village Housing

This residential development comprised the conversion of a derelict 18th Century B-Listed building and two new build houses on the adjacent plot.  The listed building was sensitively remodelled to preserve the historic character of the building, whilst providing modern apartments, complete with additional accommodation within the roofspace.  Planning restrictions within this conservation area dictated the form and scale of the new build apartments. 

The composition took inspiration from the former workshop which previously occupied the site, and modern materials were chosen to tie in with the surrounding palette.
